1. ROV Buoyancy Foam Material Processing Steps
Step 1. Tailor-made Design
According to client underwater ROV to design the density, pressure and shape of solid buoyancy materials, in ensuring buoyancy, strength and other performance under the premise of seeking beauty, to customize the safe & reliable, beautiful generous solid buoyancy material for client underwater ROV, and issue the related drawing.
Design density range: 0.2-0.6 g/cm3 Design hydrostatic pressure range: 20-50 MPa

Step 2. Mold Design and Processing
According to the design of solid buoyancy material shape and structure to design and process the appropriate mold to ensure product appearance dimensional accuracy and ease of demolding after curing molding, according to the different requirements of the material can choose metal molds, FRP molds and wooden molds.
Step 3. Vacuum Casting Molding
According to the density and strength of the designed solid buoyancy material, confirm the corresponding material formula, using a vacuum casting process, with the design of the mold to cast solid buoyancy material. After curing molding, to implement demolding, will obtain the solid buoyancy material blank.
Step 4. Polished, Buffing, Painted, Finished Product
To polish & buff the producing solid buoyancy material blank, to paint the color upon client choice, then the required ROV buoyancy foam products be finished.
