Tube endoscopy (CCTV) camera detection

Drainage and sewage pipes will appear in different conditions with the increase of operating years, such as rupture, deformation, blockage, and so on. If these conditions are not discovered and resolved, the sewage in the drainage pipes will directly seep into the groundwater source, causing environmental pollution and affecting groundwater safety.

At present, this detection method of drainage pipes is roughly divided into two types: endoscopic camera detection and sonar detection. The use of the endoscopy camera detection method is more mature, convenient, and direct. Pipeline endoscopy camera detection is "pipeline endoscopy TV camera detection"; its system is mainly composed of: a console, signal transmission cable, crawler, camera, and lighting.
There are usually 3 ways of endoscopic camera detection:
1. If the DN is 800mm or more, under safe conditions, the camera can be manually carried into the pipeline to take pictures;
2. Use a portable fast camera detector (commonly known as "periscope") qv detection, this method is convenient and fast;
3. Use an endoscopic crawler to climb inside the pipeline for camera detection (commonly known as "CCTV"). This method is comprehensive and accurate, but the detection speed is very slow.
