Introduction to the principle of deep well camera
1. Deep well camera composition
A deep well camera consists of a probe body and a sensor. The camera body is used for digging depth, while the sensor is responsible for measuring the depth of the groundwater plane. The sensor usually uses piezoresistive or capacitive principle for measurement, by measuring the electrical or capacitive changes in the water to determine the depth of the groundwater plane.
2. Principle of operation of a depth camera
The operating principle of a deep well camera is based on the principle of electrical conductivity, which means that when water or other liquids are placed between two electrodes, the resistance changes. Deep well cameras utilize this principle by inserting the camera into the ground and measuring the change in resistance value to know the depth of the water table. Depth cameras can also be measured using the capacitance principle, which utilizes the change in capacitance between two capacitor plates to measure the water level.
3. Application scope of depth camera
Deep well cameras are mainly used in the following fields:
1. hydrological monitoring: deep well cameras can be used to monitor the water level and quality of water sources such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and wells.
2. Geological exploration: Deep well cameras can be used to search for resources such as groundwater, oil, gas and mineral deposits for geological exploration.
3. Construction: Deep well cameras can be used for foundation testing and support structure testing in construction projects to ensure the structural safety of buildings.
